Builders warehouse has consistently provided me with poor service and a 'I don't give a ' attitude that has left me livid and frustrated, it started when I attempted to buy a spout, asked for assistance, after waiting at a counter which had no organised system and seemed like you needed to be buddies to get help, I eventually got served, I simply asked for two spouts, nobody could find me any although the system showed stock, after spending a while choosing a different design, I finally picked one. No stock. No out of stock sign. I asked if they could source me one from another store, sandton was the closest with stock, until they too had none even though the system indicated two in stock. After all this I left and gave up on builders. A week or so later, I decided to try builders again this time to get paint samples. Sorry we do have plascon paint samples but none of us know how to use the machine (4 guys). Never mind next weekend, find lights I like, no price. After finding me a price i order 3, no stock. When will u receive stock? The response: "not sure." Can u find out? "They won't know, only head office." There are a couple more incidents but not enough text. Regards.
