Poor Service Delivery

On 29Nov2013 I contacted Orca Electrical who sent a technician to my home to repair my fridge. I accepted the quote & paid R950 cash. 2 days later the fridge was broken again, it took them 3 days to return, to repair it again. 3 days later it was'nt working at all. I phoned and it took them another 2 days to finally collect the fridge. So now finally friday 13th Dec2013 I was contacted by a techician to say I still need to pay another R450 extra because of yet another repair. I'm a cancer patient receiving chemo who was by now so fed up I just wanted the fridge back. Today 17Dec2013 I'm still waiting on them to return the fridge and by now refuse to pay any extra because of the inconvenience they have caused. I cant put my vegetable juices in the refridgerator, neither can I process any veggies, I have to continuously make it everyday, and tomorrow I'm due for another chemo treatment. Very dissapointing, poor service
