Firstly a wendy house that was advertised to take 1 day took 4, every day they would arrive after 11, one day they only started at 6 in the evening! impressed the neighbours no end! The excuse each time was that they had to go and wait for materials in Blackheath. The wood they use is offcuts from the sawmill, and is untreated except for the stain they paint on the outside. Nothing has been finished properly, the copper pipe for the shower is too short, and even though he said he would come on Tuesday to fit it, I am still waiting, again promised high and low he would be her today between 3 and 4, and we are still waiting. they give a 3 month warranty, the house is a week old and the one wall is sagging. My domestic has borrowed money from me to build because she had nowhere to live, and he assured her she can trust him to build her as lovely home, yet when I complained about the quality with gaps etc he told me my expectations are high. The only thing I can reccomend about this company is that he would make a brilliant salesman of ice to eskimos, because he comes across as so genuine, that I am so shocked that we got taken in by this man.
