I took in a Acer Laptop that was purchased 1 month ago so the unit it not outdated to have the screen replaced.

It was taken in on the 9th of April 2013 and payment was made on the 10th of April 2013 of which I then emailed Acer with proof of payment.

I was then told from payment date it would take between 2 - 3 days to have the unit repaired today is the 16th of April 2013 a total of six days later yet no unit.

I have made numerous phone calls to Acer and I get given different excuses no one comes back to you and even Stuart one of the Managers i spoke to after assuring me that he would contact me nothing so I called again and spoke to Amanda who told me that Stuart is on the phone, I told her that I would wait he then gives her a message to tell me but cannot handle dealing with clients personnaly I feel that service is below shocking because of management and the non desire to look after clients.

I would not recommend this product to any body including my business because there is no support.
