Hellopeter doesnt read their own website

How stupid, how can you be an ambassador of your own company if you dont utilise its services yourself?

I wrote a complaint on hellopeter with regards to Nedbank, and Computicket who totally alienate the elderly who cannot utilise the web and computer based touch points.

Any manager will tell you stakeholder involvement is critical, and positioning ones touch points to meet your audience/clientele is critical.

My mom had an issue with her credit card, (no law against being elderly and using a credit card) and Nedbank has no human point of contact via a call centre for her to call. I enlisted hellopeter for help (that would be a compliment in that I trust hellopeter), instead you turn us away.

Quite frankly its time to say goodbye peter, and hello decent competition, your monopoly has gone on too long.
