I have been waiting for a refund for almost a year now. There was a promotion running where you could upgrade to Windows 8 free of charge if you purchased an Acer laptop/PC. I did so and processed the upgrade. To this day I still haven't received my refund that they promised. I have liaised with the agency who handles their queries and spoke to Ronelle Hendriks. She was absolutely useless and never got back to me. I then contacted Acer directly and liaised with Stuart Morgan. Stuart is a manager at Acer and promised that he'd sort the problem out. After mailing him once every week there after... Still no response. He doesn't even bother to respond to my emails anymore. Anyone looking to purchase an Acer device, I would advise you not to as their support structure is pathetic and everyone always just passed the buck and never gets back to you.
