I bought an Acer laptop from Matrix on the 1st Feb 2013... the hard drive crashed on the 6th Feb. I was told on the 6th by the manager that I had to wait 7 to 21 days for the machine. Is this correct as I believe the consumer act says if the item fails within 7 days you should get a new one? I also called Acer and am still waiting for a return call... it's now the 11th Feb
