On the 26 Nov 2013 i purchased a billion 7300-nx adsl router from alberton matrix warehouse.
A few days later i noticed the router stopped working. I return the item to them.
The techie booked the item in and informed me i could wait up to 21 days for it to return.
I was then forced to buy another router. On 02/Dec i was informed the item is ready for collection.
I collected and didnt ask any questions.a few days later i tried the router and noticed it is still not working.
I drive back and ask the techie what is the issue. He prints a workshop delivery note and says the warranty is void.
(some r342 resistor is burned).
I speak to [Email Removed] and he send me a picture of the burned resistor...
Now here is the catch...
I decide to open the router and find no sign of a burned resistor.
How dishonest can one be to try and trick a customer???
I take my own pics ready for a fight...
How many other customers believed this story???
I want my money back and sure as wont buy anything from these people ever again...
