I bought one of their pre-build computers earlier in September. I took the pc into Matrix Kensington yesterday morning 23/9/2013 to have fans fitted. I collected my pc in the afternoon of 23/4/2013 and when I returned home and plugged everything in, discovered that my sound card was not working at all.
I took the pc back to Matrix Kensington this morning and asked themto check it. The tech said that the onboard sound card was faulty and that the motherboard would need to be replaced. Due to the fat that it is after the 7 day period, it would need to be sent away and would take between 7 and 21 days to repair. I explained that this would be fine if it were not for the fact that I WORK off of this pc and have work from Cape Town that needs to be back tomorrow afternoon at the latest. I was then told to buy a new motherboard and then they would credit me for the faulty one once it was returned to them. I explained that I have used all my cash to buy this pc, they then tried to sell me a usb sound card for R29. Your customer service is shocking! I have now lost income due to this! I will never buy there again!!
My customer does not understand why I cannot finish his work!!!
