On the 27th December 2012 I bought a Laptop from Matrix Warehouse Computers in Lenasia, few days later I discovered that there was no sound from the speakers and on the 16th Jan 2013 I took it back to the Retailer and it was confirmed that there was a defect
I was told to leave the laptop with them and they will take it the manufactures (Lenovo) with whom they have an agreement.
Since then until today (26/02/2013) everytime I go there or phone them they tell me next week, next week.
And today they are now telling me I must personally phone the manufacturer (Lenovo) to find out what is delaying the repairing of my Laptop. I find this to be unfair business practice because my transaction was between me and Matrix Warehouse Computer I had nothing to do with the manufacturer.
