I have ordered the New Samsung CLX 9250 Colour Photocopier from them. I paid them end of January. delivery was promised for two weeks. its been 3 month. i tried recovering my money, still they don't want to refund me nor to deliver the machine. i paid just over R36, 000. ALL I NEED NOW IS JUST MY MONEY BACK SINCE THEY CANNOT DELIVER. THEY ARE FULL OF EXCUSES. THEY DON'T RESPOND E-MAILS, THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS, I LEAVE MESSAGES WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE STILL NO RESPONSE.
