Talking to a wall!!!

I am a very happy and proud Apple user and wherever I go I will advocate the brand and the products. When the MD of my company's laptop got damaged I had managed to convince him to move over to the Apple brand and immediately contacted Digicape (Since always receiving their e-mail newsletter) to get the necessary quotation and Pro-Forma invoice. I have contacted them on the e-mail address on their website [Email Removed] on 19/12/2013 @ 11h32 am. After not getting any response by the next day at 10h00, I phoned the Cape Town branch to inquire. I was transferred to a Arnold Waterloo at sales who said that he will assist me. He has forwarded me a quotation and by 11h01 I had send him my company purchase order and requested a Pro-Forma invoice addressed to the business in order to make the payment. At 12h03 I received a Pro-Forma invoice NOT addressed to my company and made out with the wrong quantities. I had immediately asked for the invoice to be corrected and did not get a replay until the 27th when the invoice was sent to me with the correct quantities but still not addressed to the company.By this time I had obviously lost all sense of humor. Premium Apple Reseller?
