My Packard Bell TS notebook which was still under warranty stopped reading DVDs, so I took it to the Secunda Branch on the 12/02/2013 and they told me it will take 21 working days to fix. Few weeks passed and I got no feedback, I phoned them and eventually they find out the status the people at the Secunda Branch say it will be here within a week or two. I phoned the head office and heard there excuses they had with the suppliers and they told me that the suppliers said I will get my laptop on the 28/03/2013. I have still not received my laptop. The service from Matrix Warehouse is exceptionally poor.
