BAD/SHOCKING SERVICE BY MICROSOFT

I started today normally using my Microsoft 2010 program as usual. All of a sudden I received a message on the screen stating that Microsoft has detected a hardware change and I need to activate my Microsoft Professional 2010 again.

Firstly I did not change any hardware on my PC

When I tried to do the activiation I was advised that the activation key was not valid.

I have been using this program (bought it and paid for it) for the last 3 years.

I tried to contact Microsoft but the phone just rings and rings.

This is really shocking service by Microsoft.
