5 Months down the line!!!

In February 2013 my Acer Laptop broke and I took it to my local IT Company.
They started the process of investigating possibilities on why the Laptop is giving problems.
Eventually they came to the conclusion that the motherboard was finished and they suggested that they
can send the laptop to Acer witch quoted R4500 to replace the motherboard with a new one.

I gave the green light, so they can go ahead (this was February 2013)
1 week went by, 2 weeks, 3 weeks... a month... NOTHING!
Eventually I got feedback and they said they were still waiting for the part.
The next thing was the fan then this then that...

Eventually we are now almost in July 2013, almost 5 months down the line and still no laptop or any decent
correspondence from Acer...

Really Really pathetic service from ACER AFRICA!!!

Will not recommend anybody in Africa to buy a Acer laptop as their after sales service is non existent :-(
