Where did the response facility go???

Why can I no longer respond to a supplier once they have responded to my complaint/compliment?

I used to be able to before.

I do not want to go into facebook or yahoo or AOL or hotmail.

In the old days the system was way better. Now if a company responds incorrectly I have no way of letting them know. For example, I put in a DSTV complaint, I received a response, and I could not inform them that the response was invalid so that will just assume that they helped me out.
