Matrix Warehouse Computers
Intel Desktop Board DP67DE Media Series

I sent an email about a Query to the address as shown on your website for the Krukersdorp branch on the 5th of January and have not received a reply yet. I would just like to know: "I bought the above mentioned motherboard on the 27 February 2011. From the start I could not connect more than 1 harddrive and 1 DVD ROM to the SATA ports and I would like to at least connect an additional Harddrive. Upon reinstalling Windows on the 5th of January I downloaded the updated drivers for the Motherboard and the Intel SATA status utility which tested my ports and the results were that this board has the B2 stepping issues resulting that only 2 of the 5 SATA ports are usable (Manufacture defect). The message states that I should contact the place of purchase to determine next steps. I explained this to them in the email and just wanted to know what I can do about the issue? Would really appreciate an reply even if it is just "Sorry cant do anything about it".
