We took my wife's laptop in on Friday morning to have it serviced and get a quote on a possible upgrade. We were told that we might even get it back Friday afternoon. On Saturday afternoon we had heard nothing from them, and phoned them. They told us the laptop had been booked under a technician who wasn't even working that weekend and that they would make it a priority and let us know via sms before the end of the day about a quote. Needless to say, on Sunday afternoon we went back to the store, and the laptop hadn't even been looked at. The general attitude and service is SHOCKING and we will definitely be taking our business to someone who wants our money.
