Firstly, i called to enquire about a graphics card.. no one was available to take my call (9:15am)
No one called me back.. it was merely a query.
Secondly, i was overcharged for it - R1458 instead of R1136.. I tell the salesman.. he denies it, to which I show him on their website. Then I must pay a 2, 5% fee for using my credit card, which is against the law, which I mentioned to him. To which I was told "it's on our" website.. to which I say, it is still illegal.
Thirdly, I get refunded in cash, not reversed on the machine like it should of been, to which i must drive to the bank and deposit, paying further fees. I mention this again, to which the rude salesman no longer wants to deal with me.
Brings the 'Manager', who doesn't apologise for anything, knowing the problem. He instead, asks me what my problem is, and trys to tell me we don't have to business if I don't like it. I say to him, thats not how I one business.. You at least apologise when YOU make the mistake, not try to make the client look like they at fault in front of your staff and customers. I then say, well we don't have to do business again.. He says, thats good.
I didn't lose my temper.
Worst client service.
