CUSTOMER SERVICE - DONT RENT A CAR FROM 1FIRST CAR

I asked the gentle man to write me his name and position he hold on card and he refused, now tell me how do I trust I'm this person whom 1First car made him the face of their company to make business with because he didn't even have his name badge on. I start to feel this guy is lying to me. After all I speak to Belinda who I explained the bad attitude I received and never ever will I do business with 1First car and I'm going to give a word out there how bad the customer service is at Hatfield. Now Belinda tries to protect the guy even though she denies but she doesn't even apologise and try to make me understand, she looked at my invoice and said i'll be refunded only R3000 of the R6035 that I paid and I said it can't be because I was told the non refundable cost is R1035 and the lady who assisted me in the 1st place came to explain that no my refund is R5000 and Belinda apologised for the mistake however clearly you have people representing your company but not knowing what the company does or keeping the company's interest at heart. I have decided to file my query with the consumer protector.
