We have had the same problem. We started receiving cartridges about 2 years ago. We no longer need cartridges as we have contracted our printing. Just try and get out of the clutches of this company! Apparently there is a "contract" which they cannot provide a copy of. We have not agreed to this supply and have not signed anything. I don't know how they get away with this. I really think they should be closed down. I have had numerous fights with them over the phone about it. We have spent thousands of Rands on cartridges that we do not need. I have also been told that if I want to cancel the "contract" I would have to pay back the discount already received. As far as we are concerned this is a total and this company should be brought to book
