I was excited when I got there as there are no Pool companies in Sandton, where I live. They seemed to have all the things one would need for the pool and its routine maintenance. I purchased a bucket of Calcium Chloride, and was overcharged by a R1000.00. The cashier was apologetic, I understand mistakes happen, but they where not able to refund the money only by direct deposit as she didn't have enough cash, so i was OK with it, went on to fill in their refund forms only to be told she needs by chq acc as they cannot deposit into my credit card. I was not going to get into all this admin and asked to speak to the Manager (who was in the bathroom). I waited, two men came to the front, tells the cashier what to do and leaves, so I tell her that's rude as I asked to speak to him. He over heard this and asks me if there is a problem, I told him yes, I asked to speak to the Manager and was I below him as he never acknowledge my presence nor did he apologise, inpsite me asking for the Manager. He greeted the other white customer in the store not me or the other black customer. He was totally ignorant with no business etiquette and customer service. BTW I was charged for Chlorine???
