Double billing because of their fault

I have both a business account and a personal account. I had never used my business card before, and when i did try, i found that the card had been cancelled. i went to FNB to get that sorted and they assured me that everything was sorted and was issued a new business card. I had not used it at all since most/ all my transactions were on-line. The problem came when i wanted to withdraw cash to buy my car. my seller wanted cash and i had no option but to get inside the branch to withdraw the money from the business account because of the ATM limit. when i tried to swipe the card in the branch it did not work AGAIN, and i tried to get the money from the teller assuming that since I had my ID and was the sole Director to my business it would not be a problem. The teller refused because the card was not working.my only other option was to transfer funds from my business account to my personal account and to draw the money from the personal account. I got charged R528.04. I had no problem paying that amount for withdrawal charges. I do however have a problem with paying double, since now I have to pay the same amount for my personal account which i should not have used if my card had worked
