I went to draw money this morning at Engen Centurion Park. so after doing the whole transaction the machine did not give my money so i ask the staff in front to help.
Firstly they all looked at me like i am stupid and them one shouts check on the receipt.

The receipt came out and i went to the counter to ask them what is going on... first they ignored me, i asked John what is going on and he said "what is standing onthe slip" the next thing he said " ask this guy" - this was the manager (very nice and handeled it well he said that he will swipe my card on their speedpoint machine then i can get money).

He asked John to do the transaction - John was not looking very happy to help me but before he took my card he took a big bite of his pie in front of the counter where every client can see him, he took my card and the machine said declined, so he said its nog going threw but with a terrible attitude.

I took my card and left

There is tea time and lunch time in every business and i think that this is way it goes so bad in South Africa because of people like John that do not care what client think of what he did.

I will NEVER EVER support this service station again.
