2012 i opened a credit card account, upon opening i produced all required docs then approved, the following year saw that i had to pay by cash not by debit as it was killing me. Went to Piet Retief branch to enquire but didn't resolve the matter, i could drive from mpumalanga to Pretoria for a simple mistake made by an irresponsible agent who didn't upload my debit details on the system cause i was told that i didn't show it.so i had to pay all my amount due, trying to open it again now its a problem as there's no answer too.i would like this matter to be investigated as i still have the proof with me.the agent who helped me to go for hearing as this hurt me alot as i asked her to do it via debit order but she didn't do as i asked and for her to apologise to me.
