PUTRID SERVICE - BAD ATTITUDE - REPAIRS

At the beginning of november i had a brand new LCD fitted on my ultrabook Acer laptop for which they had assured me would be 100%.Subsequently 3 months and a few days later this 100% screen turns white and doesnt show me anything except what is known as the white screen of death. So i send it back to acer and they send me a quotation for R2000 to replace exactly what i paid the same amount to fix the first time.so i call up acer and upon explaining the situation to the call centre agent she says its correct and i must pay... i asked to speak to the manager and she put the fone down. I call back and she puts me through o some guy named Sizwe Mkhize who is a wise who has absolutely no customer service or people skills considering he is a customer service manager who confirms he sold me a brand new lcd screen which was faulty and according to him, their parts cant be guaranteed as they could last a week or a month and he gives 3 month warranty and my screen is 3months and a few days old so he cant help me. So i ask.so you basically selling parts that last a few days longer than the warranty? he says in this case yes..and sorry he cant do anything about it with this smartass attitude
