I cant even start to explain the terrible products and service you receive form acer!!!
We bought a brand new acer laptop and after only switching it on once the screen goes and after finally getting someone at the call centre that was in the mood to work and not just transferring me back and forth the whole time they came to fetch the laptop together with a acer tablet docking station which ridiculously enough did not work from day one.
The laptop was brought back together with the docking station and yes damaged and scratched so I don't think that sealing it in a plastic bag would make me feel better because I gave them two brand new products just to receive it back damaged and when I bought the laptop all the programs together with windows was registered now the laptop doesn't want to do anything as nothing is registered!
Called the call centre to complain just to be send back and forth again en yes phone in the ear 3 times!!!
Must say ACER worst ever!
