I bought a second hand laptop Friday (26) at one of your stores in Port Elizabeth at Govan Mbeki CBD. They explained to me that it has to stay in a charger.
When I get home the laptop was slow and at the store they didn't tell me anything about. And secondly there is an error on the screen when I turn it on. I showed them the laptop and they said they can only exchange it not refund. That could only mean the manager saw the problem with the laptop but refused to give me the refund
