Defect laptop from GAME Stores Rustenburg

I bought a laptop for my daughter who is in varsity and paid for it cash. After approximately a month, there was a problem with the mousepad, then I took it back to the store. I have taken it in for repairs for about 3 times now, and still the problem persisted. The last time after I took it in for repairs I waited for my daughter to come back from varsity to test the laptop if its working, when my daughter opened and checked it she found that the screen of the laptop was smashed. I took the laptop back to game as it still had a defect and now the screen was smashed, but they refused to take the laptop back stating that we had smashed the screen. This is bad customer service, as I had also paid them extra to repair that laptop.
