My daughter ordered an external hard drive on the 31st August. it was picked up by their courier on the same day. today is the 8th of September and it has not yet been delivered. they are in breach of their Service Level Agreement (SLA) as they say that delivery WILL take place within in 2 to 5 working days.
I have just received a delivery from the UK via DHL which was sent after the purchase from incredible connection, so it is quicker to order something from the UK than from just around the corner. this is the worst service imaginable and Incredible connection should seek a different courier service to protect their image. the order number is: 300682656
