Waiting 3 months for laptopcharger. laptop damaged

On the date of 13/03/2013 I bought a acer aspire v3-771g laptop at Game klerksdorp. After giving me the laptop, the wrong charger were given. The next day I reported back and they said that they will order one for me. After everyday of going to Game, 3months later after contacting CEO's and taking a next step and demanding my money back or a new laptop. The charger were given to me in a weeks time after I took a serious step. After that, because of the wrong charger I had to use. My laptop started to give problems of battery usage. Graphics card artifacts that comes on my screen now and then and then shuts down. And a whole group of keybord buttons does not work and after tapping them for a while the whole group works again. And after a call was logged with incredible solution (Games supplier) the guy called me a week later and told me that they are not going to give me a new laptop or my money back. And as far as I concern I still have my 6months of refund/exchange/repair consumer act law. And after that. Incredible solution's iT guy could not give me an answer and told me he will speak to his manager and call me back within the same day. I am still waiting for a call after oneweek
