I put on a laybye at Cash crusaders Melville on the 9th of Dec and promised to pay out on the 20th of dec which i did. On the till slip and the laptop tag its written that the laptop comes with a bag, When i was handed the laptop it was in a plastic bag. When i asked the manager told me that the laptop does not come with a bag whereas the till slip and the laptop tag says "HP IN BAG". Can i please be given clarity as to why then was the till slip and the laptop tag printed that it comes with a laptop bag? I have been doing business with Cash crusaders franchises and i have been treated with respect as a client.
