In the beginning of January I sent my iPhone 4 in for a simple power button repair, 2 days later I realise that the camera isn't working anymore. Not sure what the issue is, they need it for another few days, eventually I get my phone back again and now not only doesn't it install apps, it resets itself when charging. This time I send it to Clearwater where another few days goes by and they confirm (what I've known all along) they have completely messed the main board and no longer even switches on. So they offer me a new phone to compensate, catch 22, I get the 'new' phone and its another refurbished version! I mean come on, swop a broken for a broken?? They seem to think that just because now its a 4's' I should be grateful!? Only 3 month warranty on something that they 'tested' but they have tested ALL the times before when things miraculously went wrong and comes to light when I just sit on the phone for 2 minutes?! That to me in NOT a thorough test. It's unacceptable that this headache continues, this has drained me and caused unnecessary irritation, not to mention being without a phone for almost a month!
