I gave in my iPhone 5 for repairs beginning January as my power button stopped working. After exactly 14 working days (even after I was told it would be escalated) I finally received a 'new' iPhone 5 as I was under warranty. Lucky me! Not so much, as my 'new' phone is now giving me the same hassle! Power Button working on and off. This is just not good enough. I refuse to give in my phone for another 14 working days and be without one again. This needs to rectified immediately and I sincerely hope I get contacted ASAP
