I have been waiting for 2 days for someone to assist me getting the regional settings configured correctly on Windows 8 in order to use my Unisa Pastel software. Trainers put the phone down in your ear when asking for assistance. This is ridiculous. I have no idea why UNISA has chosen to partner with a company who is clearly not interested in assisting students. This is just ridiculous! I am falling behind in my assignments.
