This is now the 3rd time since Febuary 2013 that I had to call Sage Pastel Payroll. I have dialed the number and the " switchboard" answers with the adverts for Sage. I am on "hold" for 30 minutes and get fed up. No one evens answer the call and try to direct the call to a relevant department. I have my own business and if I were to have a client on hold for over 30 min I might as well close my doors as I will have no clients at the end of the day. Everytime I have to send emails to Sage in order to receive any assistance. Sage is charging these high prices because they are the best but once they have your money you just another number in their client pool. No wonder the comp is getting more clients by the day. Tht is also why I make use of WEB Accounting rather than Pastel. I will ask if they can assist with a payroll solution
