We have had a major problem with our sage pastel program where it took march 2013 payments and added them to our dec 2013 payments according to sage pastel we used the same ref numbers as march 2013 we only started using ref numbers in june 2013 we have been trying for the past 2 weeks to get someone to solve this problem for us we had to pay R1400 for support and it has not help us at all we begged them to send someone out to us to solve this problem and they want to charge us R500 per hour plus R3.80 per km which is totally ridiculous if u have a pastel system I urge you to change it if I don't get my problem resolve soon I will be changing systems this has cost my company a lot of money as I can not send out statements from dec already and jan month end is fast approaches
