Poor service received from Sage Pastel Accounting

Purchased a version of Sage Pastel v12.1.1 and contacted the sage pastel account training department to find a course for one of my employees to go on to learn this software, well we have been sent from pillar to post. Spoke to Mary and then to Jerry, numerous promises made, numerous people contacted us, but alas still waiting for one email to arrive or anything in writing about the course that we require and dates that something like that will start. These people are certainly not professional in there response and the people that have contacted us are there so called professional trainers. If this is the case and these people are the ones that are going to train my staff, i want nothing to do with them. Please be careful about buying this product as the training brochure and all the contacts is nothing it is made out to be.
