I called in regards to an Amazon Kindle.
Wanting to know more as I wanted to give one as Christmas gift. I am not tech savvy at all but Lizzy was patient, explains everything i needed to know PLUS she even offered me to call as soon as I received the two of them (I ended up wanting one for myself) so she could guide me on creating and registration of the Kindle.
