I contacted Rocketshop to see about a Kindle currently not in stock. Lizzy said she would come back to me and find out how she could help me.
She did come back and helped me with a present for my husband, went the extra mile and did what EVERY online shop should do but always fail to do.
Lizzy, cheers on your excellent service, you give online shops a great reputation, now I know where to go without a doubt if I need something online!
