Ad warranty expierance

My laptop broke on 22 Jan 13. I called the repair center because the product was under warranty. I spoke to Freedom who helped me promptly. He said 5 to 7 working days is their turn around time. Today is working day number 12 and I still do not have my laptop back. after trying to convince me my warranty expired they quoted me on repairing the computer. It took 3 days, four "lost" faxes to convince them that my computer is still under warranty. Today 8 Feb 13 I called the call center twice and both times they promised me that the manager will call me back and not a single call has been returned. I have my own computer business and have been recommending acer to a lot of clients. But no more. not after this bad experience.
