A core module of the standard package of Sage Pastel evolution Software, does not work effectively.
As the module is released in July 2013, we immediately started to work on the implementation and problem solved for a month after its been released to a point where it does not make sense any more.
We Met with Sage pastel consultant ant tester Oko and khumbilani addressing the issues they are also familiar with, gladly we assist for it influence our company directly to have the module work effectively.
problems identified and solved, left with minor issues for pastel to sort out in order for it to work efficiently. a week after the consultant and tester was assigned to a different assignment. leaving unanswered questions.
As this is a urgent factor for our company to make it work effectively, we urgently await proper feedback from Pastel resolving mediocre issues. it cannot take half a year to solve problems/unanswered questions on software released for us the clients to use for our business to work efficiently. evolution thus far has been money not well spent for a growing companies best interest. As the owner of a distribution company, I cannot recommend pastel for service.
