I logged a complaint with HP online. An email was sent to me confirming the complaint and indicated that I would be contacted within one working day. This email was received on 3 Dec 2013, it is now 7 Dec and I have not heard from HP at all. Poor service. My laptop is under warranty and experienced hardware failure (confirmed by the store I bought it from - Dion Wired, Somerset Mall). Apparently there is a 21 working day waiting period for warranty claims... 21 days, are you kidding me? My experience with HP has destroyed my reputation of the company and its products. Right now, I cannot say that I will ever buy an HP product again, especially not from Dion Wired... Samsung, Mecer, Dell has a 24 hour response time on warranty claims.
