we have Pastel Xpress and experience core errors that we don't find solutions on the internet for, such as;
" Pastel has detected an internal precision variance. Please reload the batch and update again"
Surely this type of error does not warrant a service agreement on the functionality of the core program and should be resolved by the company?
Issues like these should be posted on the company's knowledge base and customers should not be held ransom to take out service agreements.
How dare a company like Sage Pastel hold customers at ransom and demand a support package be taken out when the program itself does not work?
Search the internet there are a number of errors with Pastel programs that are not resolved.
