Dear Pastel,

Thank you for assisting me with my support query on 24 July 2013 by referring me to another business partner.
The partner did indeed solve all our problems and we can now work again.

However, in future please inform clients that you do not support a product or a module built into your evolution package. Then clients will make a more informed decision.
