I had been in contact with the manager of Ic Technologies in Stellenbosch regarding testing and repairs on my laptop. I work on my laptop during the day and was only able to take it in on Saturday.
Juan was very much aware that it is the only time that I would be able to take it in and I confirmed with him that I would be bringing it in. I got there on the Saturday and booked it in, I made it clear that I cannot leave it there till Monday and the person in the shop promised me that it would only take an hour and that he would phone me when it's done. The shop closes at 12h so by 11h50 I hadn't heard anything and phoned. The guy hadn't even looked at my computer by that time. I needed to be at an appointment by 13h00 so I said I'd pick it up in 30min.
It ended up that the guy checked one thing and kept saying that I have to leave my computer there till Tuesday. I do understand that he had other computers to work on but I am upset that I was promised a service by both him and the manager and it the end nothing was done and my computer is worse then what it was to start off with
I reported this to the manager, Juan and he is ignoring me which is very disappointing and unprofessional
