Gave my lap top to the manager who prmised that they were just going to insert a new battery and give my laptop back. Then it was tuesday no call from then, she then called me again at 5pm to ask if I was around town and askesd for my password. Promised to call wednesday morning. There was no call until friday. when I went there to pick up The manager called the guy who has my laptop promised that the guy is on the way and will be there in 30 minuted. I waited more than an hour with no feedback and the staff was starting to be suspicious because I was walking aroung doing nothing. After that hour I called the manager again she only called the guy then. She then told me she doesnt knopw what is happening because the guy is not picking up his phone. I started to be worried, what kind of a business man wuill not pick up his phone. When i was about to got then comes a gut soaking wet with a laptop bag go dirty. The computer is not working and there has been no call from cash crusades since a buge off with anger and left the laptop there. I have now taken then the matter to the higger place maybe they will be able to assist me.
