I bought a Nissan Juke brand new. This is not a cheap car. I booked an appointment with Imperial Nissan Menlyn. They serviced the Juke at 50 000km. I then phone to complain but was not help and then spoke to the service manager. He promised me that this won't happen again and he will investigate. I then reported the following problems to Imperial Nissan Menlyn: The Juke battle to start. There was defiantly something wrong with the idle. They have put the car on the computer but told me not to worry as there was no indication of any default as shown by the computer. After a week on the Saturday night the engine light came on. I then immediately took the Juke on Monday back. They again put it on the computer but now there is a list of problems. I then never heard of them again ever since. I phoned them on the Friday to find out what is going on and how long I will be without a car. I use my car for my work and my work depends on this. They can't give me a time frame within which the Juke will be fixed. This is unacceptable as I still pay my lease every month and now I'm without a car. Nissan SA / Imperial Nissan must come to the party and for first fix my car!
