Dell is famous for their 24 hour response time fixing your problem on your location. Logged my fault 50 hours ago already and still no sign of engineer. I get tweets saying engineer will phone but absolutely zip. If you could live up to your promises by all means advertise the service. Clearly this is not the case. Very unhappy and in huge trouble with broken machine with extremely important data needed for urgent meeting. And still no engineer.
