HP will not return my ta

I sent my tab to HP for repairs, the speaker was broken, it did not sound well. I took it to the shop on the 8th of July 2013, it has been two months that I have been calling them, and going to the shop personally to enquire about my tab. They never call me with dates about its availability. I am tired of this, I want my tab, I need to use it for school work. I cannot be calling them over and over again. They told me after 14 days I could receive back my tab but here we are into September and still nothing. When I called them today, they told me that Vodacom has it and they can't have it back. But this is not my problem, I did not buy my tab to go sit in the shop, I need it back, it has been too long now.
